The Jump Off

Ok....so FINALLY.... I have done it.... IM BLOGGING...go me....get busy....im blogging...get busy.....
Yeah so.... let me set a few ground rules for this thang.  Although for the past 20 some years I have worked in the radio industry.  So I can  honestly say... I am a professional communicator. But many of you may not know, that I consider my self a writer as well.  But one thing you will find, many writers, write as they think folk will  read.  Meaning they may have a thought or concept... think about it and put it in a format that is palatable to readers.  I on the other hand, am a verbal communicator, I WRITE AS I SPEAK!! which means when you are reading these rants, thoughts, opinions, it will really be as if you are listening to me speak, because I write as I speak.  Sometimes I may not be grammatically correct, sometimes I may be LOUD AND WRONG, and sometimes I may slip a profanity in  here and there.  THO... it is worth mentioning I am working towards eliminating profanity from my dialogue.  To me, it is just so disrespectful to hear a beautiful educated woman curse.  Its like.... COME ON..... HO.... you cant do no better than that?.(smile)see..... I cracked a funny.  Anywho.... to make a long story more boring.... I write as I speak. It is also worth mentioning I suffer from ADD... meaning Its hard for me to focus at times on one subject matter, Ill think of something else and go off on another situation  I will jump subjects.... but trust.... eventually  I'll circle back.  JUST WORK WITH ME PEOPLE.... I am  medicated for my ADD I just dont like taking it.  so I am a work in progress.  Anywho....my fingers hurt. let me put the brakes on this thang.  I will try to write daily but..... knowing my lazy ass like I do.;.. that won't last long.  But I will do my best to keep it regular.... I appreciate all the love support and letters of encouragement, you all are the reason why I have made this step into the world of blogging.... If you all didn't think, even after all these years, that I still matter, that what I have to say is still relevant,  I wouldn't  have anyone to blog too.  So..... thank you and tell a friend.... there is now a place for you to go to get YOUR FOX FIX.....right here oh and on my website www.oliviafox.com and on twitter at  oliviafoxradio.
